Long-Distance Travel Shouldn't Be A Barrier to Pediatric Care

If your child travels over 100 miles (200 miles round trip) for specialized bracing or surgery, and that travel creates a financial hardship and a barrier to care, you may qualify for travel assistance. This program helps reduce geographic and financial barriers to specialized pediatric care.

Who Qualifies:

  • Parents/Guardians of children under 18 traveling over 200 miles round trip for bracing or surgery within the U.S.

  • Families whose household income is below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level

Assistance is first-come, first-served and subject to fund availability.
This program is independent of any healthcare provider or medical device manufacturer.
